We can do embroidery on single lab coats or do custom names for your whole lab. Embroidery holds up to regular washing, because your coat needs to work as hard as you do.

Step-by-Step How to Order / How Custom Embroidery Works

Select your lab coat style and size on the product page.
Choose embroidery type: Text Only, Logo Only, or Text + Logo.
Enter your text lines and/or upload your logo (PNG or JPEG).
Review the preview in the online editor for approximate placement and sizing. Final embroidery may vary slightly in scale and stitching detail.
Choose your font style and thread color (11 standard options; brand-specific colors may be requested, exact matches not guaranteed).
Add to cart, repeat for each lab coat, then complete your order
If you selected a logo option, check for an email immediately after your order asking for a vectorized logo file and any official brand colors. Reply to that with additional details if needed.
Receive your personalized lab coat in 3-5 weeks.

Custom embroidery adds 2–4 weeks to standard delivery.
Embroidered items can't be returned; if unsure about sizing, just order it blank and find a local embroiderer after you love the fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I embroider a licensed university logo?

No, we cannot embroider officially licensed university logos unless you get a waiver or exemption. The licensing process would cost us hundreds of dollars per year.

Can I reuse a logo from a previous order?

Yes. We keep your logo on file. Use the same email used for your initial purchase to waive the artwork fee.

Can I request for a preview/mockup?

Request a proof when you place your order. If you don't ask for one, we'll move straight into production once the artwork is approved.

Note: Previews/mockups are close, but not exact. Real embroidery has more texture and dimension than a flat preview can show, because of the stitches, thread thickness, and how the thread sits on the fabric.

How long does custom embroidery take?

Custom embroidery typically adds 2-4 weeks to your order.

How many lines of text can I add?

Up to 3 lines of text per lab coat. Limit 25 characters per line.

What file types do you accept for logos?

We accept high-resolution PNG, JPEG, or vector files (AI, EPS).

What colors do you have available for text embroidery?

We have 11 colors to choose from. They are based on the most commonly used colors by research universities. We can also use specific brand colors upon request, but exact matches may vary slightly.
