I'm a materials scientist. I've spent my career in labs, constantly frustrated by lab coats designed 100 years ago, bench tools with terrible ergonomics, and clunky software UI running on Windows XP.
We were so busy we just accepted it. But these things mattered. Nobody seemed to be fixing them. Until now.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide using UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Shipping options and pricing will be shown during checkout based on the items in your cart.

Most orders ship within 24 hours except for pre-orders. Embroidered items ship in 2-3 weeks. In the USA, shipping is 2-6 days depending on the service you select at checkout. Internationally, economy options take 2-3 weeks and 5-10 days for express options (shown at checkout).

Yes! Unlike many lab supply companies, all of our products can be returned for a refund if in new condition in the original packaging, unless it's an embroidered item. However, only the cost of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost. See our full policy in the page footer.
