Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policies
Shipping is free in the USA. Items mailed in envelopes have free shipping worldwide, except in some countries and territories with unreliable postal systems. Not all items are available in all countries. Genius Lab Gear is not responsible for paying tariffs or VAT charges when the items arrive in the destination country.
Small, flat items such as stickers, pocket cards and some pins may be mailed in an envelope using the postal service so we can offer free shipping on our small & light items. No tracking number will be provided. In some cases these items may be shipped with tracking at our discretion. Mailed items typically arrive in less than one week in the USA and less than two weeks internationally, but in some cases may take up to 3 weeks depending on your location. We will wait 3 weeks from the fulfillment date before refunding your order if it has not arrived. We reserve the right to refund instead of re-send your order if we determine the delivery methods are unreliable.
Larger items such as artwork, gift boxes and apparel will be shipped as a parcel. Items may arrive separately.
Genius Lab Gear is not responsible for costs of re-shipping items that failed delivery due to the customer not being home or incorrect address entry.
We are happy to offer a 100-day full refund policy subject to the terms below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products which are individually printed to the order specifications (shirts, bandanas, apparel, tote bags, mugs and artwork) cannot be refunded except in the case where the item is defective upon arrival. These items cannot be returned due to personal preference or sizing.
Using single-item printing allows us to offer many more sizes, colors and options than carrying inventory from large print runs and also reduce waste of unsold inventory and over-manufacturing. Due to these methods, returned items are not likely to be re-sold and shipping costs are often prohibitive compared to the item value. If you are unhappy with your size or color choice, please email us and we can work with you to discount a replacement.
Items that can be returned for any reason include stickers, pins, pocket cards and gift boxes. Except in rare circumstances, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. If an individually printed item is defective upon arrival, we will require pictures of the problem area(s) before processing the return.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
