• Optional custom embroidery: individual names, titles, department names, institution branding, and logos. Just fill out our Excel sheet to match names to sizes.

Volume Pricing (Group discounts on lab coats)

We offer tiered pricing that scales with order size. The larger your order, the more you save. Final pricing depends on quantity, embroidery (if any), style mix, and timeline. Every quote is itemized, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. No hidden fees, no mystery markups.

Why we can offer these prices: we sell direct and keep our margins lean. Competitor lab coats that retail for over $100 often cost under $20 to manufacture, with the rest going to advertising and branding. We'd rather pass the savings to the people actually wearing the coats.

Custom Embroidery (Optional)

Not every group wants embroidery, and that's fine. Many of our institutional orders ship with no customization at all. If you do want embroidery, here's how it works.

🧵 What we can embroider:

• Individual names (first, last, or full)
• Titles and credentials: Dr., PhD, DO, student, TA, PI, lab manager, whatever you need
• Department, school, lab, or company name
• Full-color logos (we'll convert your artwork to a stitch file)
• Pronouns, handles, or nicknames
• Bilingual or non-English text (we regularly embroider in other languages and alphabets)

🧵 What we need from you:

• A spreadsheet of names and any per-coat customization (we'll send a template)
• Logo files in vector format (.ai, .eps, .svg, or high-res .pdf). Raster files work but vector is faster.
• Approved thread color or Pantone match
• If your branding person is picky, we can send a photo of a test sew-out of your logo before proceeding.

Lead time impact: Embroidery adds 2 to 4 weeks to your order, on top of standard fulfillment time of 1-2 days and shipping times.

Shipping for Group Orders

We ship nationwide across the US and worldwide to most countries.*

• Consolidated shipping to a single address, or split shipments to multiple sites
• Tracking provided for every box
• Customs documentation handled by us for international orders, including commercial invoices and HS codes
• Duties and VAT are the buyer's responsibility, and we'll help estimate them in your quote
• Shipping is itemized in your estimate, so there are no surprise fees

*We're unable to ship to a small number of countries due to consistently high rates of lost or returned packages. If you're ordering from outside the US, mention your destination in the quote request and we'll confirm availability.

Payment, POs & Institutional Buying

We work the way institutions buy. Pick the option that fits your organization:

• Credit card: If you're ordering fewer than 10 lab coats and are planning to pay with a credit card, please order normally through the cart on the product page. 
• ACH / bank transfer: No processing fee. Good for larger orders. Everyone saves money!
• International Wire: We’ll add a $30 fee to cover intermediary bank fees.
• Mailed checks: The 1990’s are over but we can still accept these if required, but only from banks based in the United States, sent in USD. 
• Purchase order (PO): Submit your PO with your quote acceptance. We'll confirm PO numbers on the invoice.
• Net terms: Net 30 terms available for qualifying institutions (universities, government labs, established companies). Ask during the quote stage.
• Invoicing: Detailed, itemized invoices sent as PDF. We can CC your AP department.

Vendor onboarding documents we provide on request:

• W-9
• Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• ACH / wire payment details
• Supplier questionnaires and compliance forms (send it over and we'll fill it out)
• Product specification sheets for procurement review
• Certificate of origin and customs documentation for international orders

Tax-exempt orders: Yes. Send us your state or institutional exemption certificate with your quote request and we'll apply it to the final invoice.

How It Works, Step by Step

1. Submit your request. Use the form. The more detail you include, the faster the quote.
2. We review and send a quote. Usually within 1 to 2 business days. Your quote includes itemized pricing, production timeline, shipping estimate, and embroidery pricing (if applicable).
3. You ask questions, and we answer. Change sizes, add a logo, split shipments, swap styles. We'll re-quote as many times as needed.
4. Approve the order and submit payment or PO. We'll send a confirmation with your production slot.
5. Proof review (embroidered orders only). If you request it, you'll see a real sew-out of your logo embroidery before we proceed. Nothing goes to production without your sign-off.
6. Shipping. We pack and ship. Tracking is sent as soon as it's available. For International orders, tracking may update less frequently after international handoff. Most shipping includes “out for delivery” email notifications automatically. 
7. Post-delivery check-in. We follow up to make sure everything arrived correctly.
