General Gentle Cleaning:

  • Start by wiping the surface of the pocket protector with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris.
  • If there are any stains or spills on the pocket protector, dampen a clean cloth with mild soap and water.
  • Gently blot the affected area with the damp cloth, being careful not to scrub vigorously or use excessive water.
  • After cleaning, use a dry cloth to remove any excess moisture and let the pocket protector air dry completely.
  • *NEVER let your Pocket Protector go into the laundry with your lab coat! It is unlikely to survive the high heat and harsh chemicals.

Avoid harsh chemicals:

  • Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents on the polyurethane leather as they can damage the material.
  • Avoid using alcohol-based products, bleach, or ammonia-based cleaners, as they can cause discoloration or deterioration of the surface.
  • Do not use classic leather care products. This is not animal leather and it may be damaged by these products.

Ongoing care:

  • Store the pocket protector away from direct sunlight and high heat sources as prolonged exposure can cause the polyurethane leather to fade or become brittle.
  • To keep the polyurethane leather pocket protector looking its best, wipe it regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove any accumulated dirt or oils.
