    How to measure:

Using a tape measure or a string and ruler, measure the circumference of your body without pulling it tight. Wear your normal lab clothes and include those in your measurement.

    1. Measure the widest part of your bust, under your armpits, with a big inhale.
    2. Measure your waist, usually about 6-8 inches below your armpits.
    3. Measure the widest point of your hips with your feet shoulder width apart.

    Choose the correct size:

Below are the maximum measurements each lab coat size will accommodate. Make sure all 3 of your measurements are at or below these numbers.

    • Most people's size is determined by the chest measurement. The waist and hips are likely to be larger, but the belt can pull it in.
    • If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit (recommended for layering or long days in the lab), we'd size up. Most customers tell us they prefer the slightly roomier fit.
    • The "Waist" numbers are before using the belt, which pulls in up to 8 more inches.
    • (centimeters) / 2.54 = inches
