The Institution of Mechanical Engineers is an association that represents mechanical engineers and the engineering profession. Started in 1847, it grew to over 100,000 members in 140 countries. IMechE has 8 divisions that cover Aerospace, Automobile, Biomedical Engineering Association, Construction & Building Services, Manufacturing Industries, Power Industries, Process Industries, and Railway. You can pretty much find anything about mechanical engineering from their library and archive. You can also find them on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
Simulation is important in mechanical engineering as it lets engineers test the design before it becomes a physical sample. With the help of computer programs like COMSOL, engineers can easily test the design without building a prototype and save money. From COMSOL's website, you can find thousands of articles about simulation to assist your next research and design project.

I looked for a mix of resources rather than eleven versions of the same feed: hands-on project blogs, technical references, professional associations, and general engineering news, so there is something here whether you want to build something this weekend or brush up on simulation software for work. I also checked that each site is still active and worth your time, and left off a few older entries that had gone quiet, turned into spam, or drifted away from mechanical engineering content entirely.
