We just launched our new line of Pocket Protectors, and want to give you 15% off in July ONLY for being an existing cutomer! Use the code PROTECT15 and grab as many as you want. We have 3 colors available now, chosen by hundreds of fan votes in April! Make sure to read all the fun details of how we upgraded the design from the classic.
It's still a bad idea to use AI to help you generate writing in a professional setting, but there are some ways it can be helpful. I've been playing around with Perplexity.ai and found an awesome feature: you can limit the search to "Academic Papers". Check out my pre-filled example about starting a carbon capture literature review (no sign-in needed).
It does a great job pulling summaries from these papers and IT CITES each one! Then it links directly to each of those citations at the bottom so you can follow up to confirm more details (see image below). Below that, it even gives similar search questions which you can expand on with one click. I think this is a great jumping-off point when starting a literature review or just trying to understand a new field better for a collaboration or lab change.
Plus, it's free for light use. What do you think? Useful or is it a trap?
You voted, and we delivered the top 3 colors we call Faded Pink, Spruce Green, and Sapphire Blue. Our design improves on the classic by being taller for your utensils, wider to fit your pocket correctly, and has a full-length inner divider for pens with small clips and rubber grips. This was a lot of fun to design and I'm really happy with the colors you all helped choose!
The first 30 lab coats are being made now! This is a sample run of our intended design to let our 30 Beta Testers fix any more design flaws before full production. Keep an eye on our Instagram for more updates!
When your boss asks you to work on something a little...out there.
