The beginning of summer is the best time to sticker up your lab and your laptop. We even have several LGBTQ+ friendly stickers to get in the mood for PRIDE month. For May, use code "STICKERME" when a sticker is in your cart along with a $20 purchase to get it free!
Do you lose files in Google Drive all the time like I do? Or can't remember which document has that excerpt? Or want to summarize a few Docs together? I'm still not a fan of AI tools for writing, but for systems and productivity? Yes, please!
Google's new (free) AI tool Gemini has had lots of problems in the news, but it does one thing well that blew me away - it can contextually search ALL of your Google Drive files AND your Gmail to pull up links to any and all relevant documents instantly. It does a better job than the standard search functions, especially when you can only use common words. Plus, it does all the other cool AI-stuff and links to Google Flights, Maps, and YouTube.
Here's my favorite 10-minute video showing all the time-saving ways you can use it. The ones that blew my mind:
One day we'll figure out those "potential future applications"...
Science cartoons by Tom Gauld.
We finally did it! We've shipped out all of The Lab Coat Project pre-orders. They ended up almost a month late overall, mainly from shipping and logistics delays we didn't expect. New photos and videos are up on all channels and we're working on starting another manufacturing run now. Follow us on Instagram for behind the scenes details on the manufacturing process!
